As a manager, Sean provides his team with the opportunity to be the best versions of themselves. Over the course of my time working with him, now across two great organizations, I've learned enough to attest to the fact that he's the real deal. Whether he's in the process of applying his wealth of expertise to scaling a business, closing the gap on goals (that initially seem brazen until you come into the office one day to realize they've been exceeded), or coaching and mentoring his team and associates, Sean brings an aspirational level of professionalism, technical competency and driving leadership to any situation.

Having the chance to work with Sean has turned me from a skilled person with ideas that I'd ruminate to death, or casually write down "for the future," to the kind of person who confidently takes the best of those plans and runs with them, without fear, knowing that they're the best way to deliver the results that both my team and I need. He doesn't just manage the contributions that individuals bring to a team, but creates an environment in which individuals accelerate and deliver their contributions with a sense of ownership, pride, constant learning and personal growth, all the while pushing benchmarks for success higher.
